The Governors wish to appoint an inclusion co-ordinator starting in September 2025.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and talented professional with flair, creativity and the ability to make a difference, and who will:
· work in close partnership with the Head Teacher and be part of the SLT
· demonstrate excellent professional practice
· motivate and inspire staff and children
· support our strong links with parents, church and community
· be a good team player who has high expectations of pupils
· demonstrate commitment to providing an inclusive education for all our pupils
